Each class, other than the Shred class, will last approximately 55 minutes in length. This ensures that you are getting the most out of each training session.
Each session starts with a full body mobility warm-up to prime the joints, tissue, heart, and mind. From there we typically move into a power block, a strength block, and then we usually end witha conditioning block. Each training session is tailored to the individual and may change.
Yes! We know that to get the best results possible for any goal whether it is strength gain, hypertrophy, or fat loss, you can’t outwork a bad diet. So, we meet you where you’re at and set specific nutritional goals and habits for you to work on daily, weekly, and monthly. Our system works! We’ve had plenty of success to back it up.
No contract. Of course, we want you to commit to at least 3 months of consistent training. We know that in order to see progress you have to show up and put in some work consistently and it takes about 3 months to see the kinds of results your friends and family will be talking about. Having said that, if you find that Reach Fitness is not the place for you, you simply drop us a line and we’ll cancel your membership before your next billing cycle.
Small! We keep each class count at a maximum of 4 participants. We do this because we don’t want to lose the quality of each training session by having a crowded gym. We want to keep it personable, engaging, and fun.
Your fellow participants are going to be your accountability partners, your cheerleaders, and your camaraderie. Together, as a community, we will build each other up to be stronger and more resilient all while having fun in the process.
